Ordering Tips

• Unique fabrics that help define a room's entire mood.
• Free options include cord cleats, projection brackets (3"), hold-down brackets (outside mount only) and control side of shade.
• Top Down/Bottom Up option is available to add greater light control.  Top Down/Bottom Up option is not available with multiple shades on a single headrail.
• Exclusive Cordless lift system eliminates cords for ease of use.
• All shades come standard with a 6" valance in the same material as the shade.
• Valance returns are available at no charge for outside mount only.  The standard size is 2 1/2" with a minimum size of 2" and maximum size of 8".
• Privacy Liners are available in 4 colors and are neutral to the street for a uniform appearance across the home.  If the customer does not specify at the time of order, shade will be made with the recommended liner color.  Liners wider than 54" will be seamed.  Cords are visible on the back of the shade.
• Tailored Edge decorative fabric accent, available in both solid and decorative patterns.  For cordless shades, Tailored Edge will only be applied down the sides of the shade and roman valance.  Hold down brackets are not available with Tailored Edge.
• Reeds and slats retain the unique natural grain and color variations inherent in all wood products. Certain species of bamboo can vary from deep yellow to pale green.
• Natural woven fabric will be affected by temperature and humidity.  Shipping and handling may cause a slight change in shade lengths.  NOTE: Material stretching may be more noticable on inside mounts.
• Factory deductions:
• Without Tailored Edge:  Inside Mount: -1/2" from ordered width for headrail and fabric.  Outside Mount: Shade will be ordered width with no deductions taken
• With Tailored Edge:  Inside Mount: -1/2" from ordered width for headrail and -1 1/8" for fabric.  Outside Mount: Shade will be ordered width with no deductions taken for headrail and -5/8" for fabric.
