Unique to Graber, you may select from 2 pleat operating styles:

EvenPleat - has a pleat retention mechanism to keep pleats evenly spaced for the lifetime of your shade, no matter how much or little you operate it.

FashionPleat - Over time, the pleated shade material will lose its elasticity and the pleats will not stack neatly when raised, requiring your time and attention to make them look their best).  FashionPleat has no pleat retention mechanism, but is less expensive than EvenPleat.
