Ordering Tips

Ordering custom window coverings may seem daunting for certain options.  Please rest assured that our sales staff is anxious to help you with all your questions. Please do not hesitate to call us at (888) 214-4144

• Hardware Color
  • Hardware, cord and tassel are color-coordinated to match the fabric for all Standard shades
  • Hardware on upgraded lift systems (Top Down/Bottom Up, etc) will be color-coordinated as closely as possible to the color of your shade, it may not be an exact match.
  • LiteRise cordless lift system includes color-coordinated fabric-covered valance.  Bottom rail is coordinated to shade fabric color.
  • Vertiglide hardware, valance and rail colors will complement the fabric selection.
  • Please be aware: If you will be putting two different lift systems in one room, please call us at (888) 214-4144.  We want to ensure that your hardware color will be consistent across all of your shades so you will be satisfied.  We do our best to review all orders for this specific issue, but we cannot guarantee we will catch every order.  We strive to have your order go smoothly and meet your expectations.
