Ordering custom window coverings may seem daunting for certain options.  Please rest assured that our sales staff is anxious to help you with all your questions. Please do not hesitate to call us at (888) 214-4144

• Hardware Color
  • Hardware, cord and tassel are color-coordinated to match the fabric for all Standard shades
  • Hardware on upgraded lift systems (LiteRise, UltraGlide, etc) will be color-coordinated as closely as possible to the color of your shade, it may not be an exact match.
  • EasyRise headrail is available in white only
  • Vertiglide hardware is available in white only
  • Please be aware: If you will be putting two different lift systems in one room, please call us at (888) 214-4144.  We want to ensure that your hardware color will be consistent across all of your shades so you will be satisfied.  We do our best to review all orders for this specific issue, but we cannot guarantee we will catch every order.  We strive to have your order go smoothly and meet your expectations. 
• Sidelights: due to the nature of the sidelight, when the shade is open, the bottom rail is fixed to the window sill. As such, two cords run the length of the open area when the shade is in the raised position with the fabric stacked at the top.
• Vertiglide:
  • When valance width exceeds 96", to save you shipping costs, the valance will be spliced in the center
