Shades larger than 84" x 84" are fabricated with Deluxe Headrail.
Inside Mount: 3/4" shallow mount, 3 5/8" for flush with wall mount
Outside mount: 3/4" w x 2 3/4" h surface area
Side mount: 1 1/4" min depth needed (max shade width allowable for side mount is 48")

I've generally been happier with the Comfortex products than the Hunter Douglas products. My motorized HD products have required factory service twice in less than a year. I'm also a big fan of the Comfortex radio remote control. Once you get past their lousy documentation, it is a lot more convenient than the HD IR control.
