My purchase was the Hunter Douglas power tilt blinds for a home office. The custom made blinds arrived about 1wk after my online purchase, and were well packaged to survive the shipping. After the installation, I realized I needed a polarity cable, since I requested the cords be on opposite ends of both blinds, which put the tilt motors on opposite ends too. I called and had the special cable in two days!

Since I was ordering 8 Hunter Douglas blinds I had no concerns that Hunter Douglas would standby by their products�I purchased my Hunter Douglas wood blinds from yourblinds.com and they arrived on time as promised. I also had some problems with a couple of the wood valances not meeting correctly in the corners. The customer service team at yourblinds.com was awesome to deal with.
