When product was received the valences were the wrong size and had to be replaced and 3 out of 4 of the blinds had to be restrung by my husband to work correctly. Customer service was good about replacing the valences. Made me wary of ordering this product again and about problems that were not obvious.

Used the product instead of shutters. They look fine from the inside and the street. Only drawback is they don't close as tightly as shutters, therefore don't control the light or weather conditions as well as shutters would. Still happy - no problem; just adaptation.
