I was disappointed with the wasteful packaging that Levolor performs. My blinds could have been safely shipped in half the boxes. My 14" wide shade was sent in a huge box all by itself. I order 9 shades and got 9 large boxes. What a waste in packaging and fuel. Even with this excess, I still had to reattach the tape ladders in the headrail on 2 shades. No problem, but the blinds was hanging crooked upon initial installation due to this poorly fastened tape ladder. I think that is a Levolor issue and not a YourBlinds issue.
