The product is great - however, I ordered two blinds at the same time and only received one. I had to contact the company to check on the order and was told that there was an error at the fabricating plant. Sure glad I checked or I would have been waiting a long time for the 2nd one to arrive. I was offered no adjustment in price for the error at your end because of the error. I would recommend to friends but would also make sure they knew to beware of delays if ordering more than one at a time.

I purchased these blinds for my kitchen and laundry room. The windows face the west and bright light is a real problem in the late afternoon with the setting sun. My husband was skeptical, but is really impressed with the infinite number of adjustments that can be made. I also think they are very attractive.
