HEAD RAILS ARE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL, AND ON SMALLER UNITS BECOME MORE SO, ALL PARTS WERE SENT EXCEPT ONE DID NOT HAVE CORD TENSIONER INCLUDED

Shades were a breeze to install, took me, an occational DIYer, around 45 minuets to install. Just removed the mini blinds, put up 3 brackets hung and added side tracks. During the day their is still light that leaks around the sides and under the bottom but it is very little. I am impressed with the ease of install, looks and light blocking. Overall a great product.
