I did not order hold down brackets initially and am having a hard time to find them now. With a very tall window (80" ht) and window wells are not quite plumb in this building. One side sticks out about 1/2" from other side making blinds look askew on the bottom at window ledge and this drives me nuts. When ordering, I did not even think of out of line walls. I had TDBU shades from Bali before on a ~63" ht window and they worked fine - older building, probably better constructed. I think the hold down brackets will solve the problem if I can get them. If you have tall windows, check a plumb line near the windows when you do your measurements.

We have a litle 9yo girl with special needs. With this no-cord design she is able to put the shades up by herself when she gets up early (which is always) and needs to play solo. Prior to this she would be in dim light that leaks in around sides of the earlier shades. Thanks, she loves them.

i wish it would have been clear that the because of the shade size, it would have to be a split shade and not just one.

My entire purchase from selection to using the finished and installed product was very satisfactory. The shades exceeded my expectations.

The blinds are in our bedroom and the windows are on the East side of the house. This prevents the early morning sun from lighting the room.
