One of the blinds I purchased is still having a hard time releasing all the way down. When I let them down in the morning it takes until mid-day for the one blind to fully extend to its full length.

I was very excited when I received all my blinds! My order was placed April 14th and one blind was cut to short for one of our guest rooms. This exposed the window to the neighbor. I am still going back and forth with a representative about which blind and when I will expect it. I was also told about all of the company problems that they are having. I have been holding off filling out this review in hopes that things things would change and they would just say sorry and send it. But as of today June 2nd.. still no blind and still excuses! The blinds are lovely and I like them [...]!

I'm a midrange shopper with a budget mindset. I bought 10 of these last year for our bedroom.. all those naked windows, i could see the heating/cooling dollars flying out of them! Our a/c and furnace have both gotten a nice rest this year and go on much less often. If you're not in a hurry, wait for a good sale like this one.
YourBlinds was courteous and fast. with approximately 16 more windows to cover, i'll be back again!

I was about to purchase blinds at a home improvement chain when I found yourblinds.com. I was concerned about buying something like custom blinds on-line for fear that I would encounter issues with service or quality. I decided to try it based upon 1) a better price, 2) quicker delivery, and 3) a bad customer experience at the home improvement store. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and have no reservations ordering from yourblinds.com again. The product was identical to what the retailer carried and we had no issues with the process.

From a "next time" perspective 1) I should have ordered the blinds to be one inch longer (they fit the window exactly, but I think they would be better with a little bit of wiggle room), 2) the cordless option is AWESOME - I wish it were on all the blinds in my house, 3) I should have ordered a swatch to see the EXACT color of the blinds (they match, but weren't exactly what I was expecting).

All-in-all, a good experience and I will order from yourblinds.com again.

These blinds went up very easily and are very well made. They were cut to the perfect size too. I would buy from yourblinds.com again. My only complaint was that the header was a much darker color than the shades. Typically the header color matches the shade. It still looks nice since it is a contrasting color in the same family, but we wanted it to match.

We replaced a Bali shade, originally purchased at Penny's (7-8 years ago for $50 more) with a "like" one purchased from you. The room has been redecorated and the color is very different.
I wanted the Bali because the mounting hardware would not have to be changed.

My only suggestion to you is to suggest shoppers add 6" to the length to make closure easier.

We needed some odd-sized blinds and I was really happy with the results we got from Your Blinds. They fit great, the quality is great for the price, and they look nice. After doing a lot of research we chose Bali Double cell. My wife loved the color selection but especially the "Storm" pattern. We never ordered on the internet but decided to try it. We were extremely impressed with the savings as well as the quality. The service was great and the phone people very helpful. The shades came in about 4 days and they were so easy to install that I installed all 16 in about 3 hours. We are very pleased and all our friends love them too.

The measurements were precise. The only disappointment with our Bali Northern Lights double cell blinds was that they were more transparent than I had hoped. They are described as being made with "smoother, thicker fabric," which I thought would be a little more light blocking.

The Bali cell blinds are great. Easy to hang and the cord is a nice weight. It's not flimsy like other brands (ie:M&B). The fabric is soft and flexible. The color choices were plentiful.
