Shipping on Custom Window Blinds & Shades

Shipping is free on custom window blind & shade orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States on blinds up to & including 93 7/8 inches in width. Blinds greater than 93 7/8 inches wide (and 93 7/8 inches in height on certain products) will incur a one-time $85 delivery charge for the entire order. There is a flat rate of $65 per blind for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

Express Delivery Service

Express Delivery applies to the speed at which your order reaches you once the order is produced at our supplier. If your order takes 7-10 business days to produce, it will NOT be delivered 1 - 2 days after you place your order; with express shipping, your order would be delivered 1 - 2 days after the production time completes.

We regret to inform you of this, but due to the nature of custom products Express Delivery is not available from most of our fabricators. Please contact us to see if this option is possible for you.

Destinations

• We ship inside the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
• We do not ship to APO or post office boxes within these areas.
• If you live outside these areas please contact us and we may be able to arrange shipment to you via freight forwarding. International orders we request payment in full via wire transfer prior to production beginning.

Multiple Shipments

The various types of products may be made at different manufacturing locations. Each type of product may be shipped separately. You may receive your items at different times. You should receive your complete order within 30 calendar days of placing your order.
